As Marketing Director on this project, I collaborated with the UX team to develop our user journey for both our D2C (consumers) and B2B (life insurance agents) audiences on the website. This influenced navigation on the site, UX, as well as content on the website. Additionally, we had to decide where to place partner brand lock-up pieces on the site and the compliance that would need to be considered with that. I also led the team in the back-end experience of form and contact list creation, email nurturing content, and workflows via Hubspot. We also developed specific re-targeting programs based on certain actions taken on the website.
